Jon - what are these trying to tell me?

Error within Sub Main at block 5 - System/Homeseer CPU Usage (Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.)
Error within Sub Main at block 7 - Homeseer Process Working Set (Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.)

It means that Homeseer has run out of available memory to run the script. It is not necessarily a fault with the script and another plugin/script could have easily also shown this error if memory resources were not available.

The cause? There are many discussions on this...a memory leak within Homeseer itself, running several HSTouch clients, memory leak within plugins or scripts... no-one has really pinpointed the problem although several including Pete & Wadenut have tried.
