Default Best practice HomeEasy/Nexa? And some Visonic Qs

Hi,
just got a bunch of modules from Nexa (Home easy re-brand). When integrating with HS, are there some things I should be aware of? Some best practices? Special planning?

How should i proceed to make it work both without HS and with HS. (redundant)?

I have a mixed environment right now with both x10 and Z-wave devices. Now id like to make the whole apartment mostly Nexa/HE as it is cheap, quality seems to be good, and availability is good.

Nexa devices i bought today: (but not set up)

3x Pir sensors
2x Wall switch (code wheel)
3x plug-in modules on/off self learning
4x window/door/magnetic remotes
2x plug -in on/off and 2 x dimmable plug-in (code wheel)
2x wall switch converters
1x dimmer for halogen lights
2x key-chain remotes

Tips and tricks, scripts, anything to make it less of a hassle to get started would be really appreciated

Thanks
