    Removing Plug-ins

I know this has been dealt with many times in the forum, but it keeps changing.

Is there an EASY Clean and SAFE way to remove plug ins?

I have several that I want to remove to clean up my system.

ACRF (the original) I now have ACRF2
    Is-Speaking
    Insteon
    CM17A

and a few others that are now obsolete, or just not longer useful.

How do I get rid of them ?

I'd be interested in this as well. I have seen some posts as well but there are always misc files left here and there (.ini files, additional copies of the .dll, doc files, html files, updater files, etc.). A comprehensive way to fully clean all files would be great.
