Replacing in-use/loaded dlls with new ones is very difficult.

I would really like to find a way to do this.

        It doesn't work under Windows 64-bit ?

I couldn't check because I have no 64-bit OS at home. However, I don't think I made changes that would prevent it from running if it was running fine before.

        I have only those OS
        - Windows 2000
        - Windows XP (32 bits)
        - Windows 2003
        - Windows Vista (32-bits)
        - Windows Seven (32-bits)

I installed it when I click hsscript.exe,I get the error HsScript is not working anymore and the program closes. On my vista 32 bit and on my xp server it is working fine

The error is "HsScript is not working anymore" ?

Do you have an option in HsScript.exe file property to run as 32 bit ?

I have done that but the error remains it is actually the same error as I reported a while ago when my machine was running on vista 64 bit, you resolved that problem then. See http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=132637

I double-checked again the compilation parameters on all 3 files. They are all set to 32-bits.

                Currently I'm clueless.

I'll keep on researching tis problem...

Could you try if the attached version works under Seven-64 ?

Copy (and replace) the 3 files, on both the Client(s) and the Server.

No, it does not work, same error: HsScript is not working anymore, windows is trying to find a solution, and then the window closes

I really don't understand what I could have changed....

                      - Registry access instead of .ini file access
                      - Changed the folder for script compilation.

                        - Could you attach a print-screen of the error message ?
                        - Does the old version (v1.15.2.3) found here work fine on the system ?
                        - Does the speaker client work fine on the system ?

I can see in your log the crash happens because of a System.IO.FileNotFound exception (a file was not found).

                            1) This is not the same error as we got in December 2008.
                            2) I'm going to find what's happening !

                            Does it crash:
                            - As soon as you launch HsScript.exe
                            - Or when you run a script ?

Once I get your answer on this point, I'll build a special debug version for you, so that we can find which file is missing.

I hope the attached version is going to print a clear error message in a messagebox...

[EDIT] Attachement removed as it should be available from the HomeSeer updater soon.
