Updateing Levinton HAI Controllers

I have a Leviton Z-Wave Controller on my z-wave network that connects to my OMNI II PRO for purposes of operating the z-waves nodes from the OMNI-console. When I add a node to the system via z-tool I need to update my HAI Z-wave Controller. Does Z-Tool perform this controller update function?
