Default New Install Window 7 - Error - Web server connections blocked

Hi Guys

I have just installed on Windows 7 64 bit but get the following error when homeseer starts,

1- Web Server Stopped

2 - Web server connections are blocked check firewall

I have actually turned off the firewall in a bid to find the problem but still get as far as this.

Any ideas would be great

Right click on my computer and select Manage. Then slide down and expand Services and Applications. Do you have Internet Information Service listed here? Also are you running any of the boaltware antivirus packages that offer firewall protection as well?
