Regarding event HS triggers based on a xAP Event Trigger of 'Minutes since last xAP Received is more than', does this include xAP heartbeats received from the specified device?

Heartbeats are ignored. My only xAP applications that listens for heartbeats is xapmcsHub. It does seem reasonable, however, for this monitoring purpose that heartbeats should be considered.
