Default Rebuilding Server

I need to rebuild my server, and am planning to use Windows7.

Do i need to follow the unistall process for HS as if im installing on a new machine?

You do if only to "release" your HS license so it can be used on the new install.

There are a couple of threads that have outlined what they did to upgrade. Have a quick search and see if they turn up. I'll post if I find them as well.

I just did the upgrade to Windows 7 today (format HD reinstall - brand new HS Pro install) but i didn't release my HS Pro license before I did so. Have I messed up? It registered just fine...
