Plugin discontinued - Microsoft new policy

Unfortunately the plugin will stop working in December, because Microsoft chose to remove the API the plugin uses.

There is no workaround, as the new Skype URI API does not allow such a plugin to be coded...

I'm really sorry... I just discovered this Microsoft policy change this morning...

My ISP has the ability to accept emails and re-route them to SMS. Possibly not the cheapest route but obviously very simple to integrate.

Hi Stipus,

I am no doubt wrong, but I am curious if you would consider porting this plugin for HS3. The reason I asked is that I thought I had heard that following a loud outcry of developers / users of Skype that Microsoft had decided not to remove the API and that it would likely still exist going forward with future versions.

Looks like I was wrong, they are keeping call recording and a few bits and pieces but everyone else goes .
