Security device not working, could it be the upgrade?

Anyone having problems with your security devices after the recent upgrade of our RFXCOM? I have devices with 2 disable buttons and some with one. When you click on them they don't do anything. I deleted these devices and reenter them now they have a different device ID which is much shorter than what thy use to have but still no luck.

It must be another sensor if they have another ID!

I believe the new ID numbers are something new from the new upgrade can you correct me if I'm wrong? It looks like more of the X10 device codes with one letter and one number.

The Address field has been changed and contains now a house/unit code and free to change now including the address part!
The sensor ID is only visible on the RFXCOM tab of the device.

when you select a house code for security devices like DS10, do you need to activate the address at the RFXCOM config page located at the general tab?

X10 house codes are only used for X10 lighting.

X10 security sensors have an ID that is assigned at the time you put the battery in the sensor. You can optionally assign a House/Device code in Homeseer to security sensors but not necessary to do.

Check the RFXCOM tab: is the checkbox "Active sensor" enabled?

There is a problem in the plug-in with Security sensors received by the W800.
This problem is solved in the next version 30.0.0.18 (beta available on request)

The Disable/Enable buttons are only visible if the sensor is configured as "Active sensor"
See chapter 9.3 in the RFXCOM HS3 User Guide.pdf This document is in the HS3 Docs directory.
If for some reason the button is not displayed while it should be then disable/enable the Active sensor checkbox.

                        Hi Bert

Is there a ETA for the for the release? I' am still having some issue with some security devices that don't trigger.
