Hi
I have performed some more testing and it looks like the SIP connector never contacts Asterisk after the first subscription to the hint/BLF on *280. After 3600 seconds Asterisk then terminates the connection as the timeout valuse for the subscription is 3600 seconds.
Data showing Asterisk to HS timout cancelling subscription after 3600 seconds:

If I subscribe to vmx via the IM connector I can see regular requests from HS to Asterisk to keep the hint subscription alive but I don't see regular subscription keep alives from HS to Asterisk for the night mode BLF subscription on *280. Is there any way around this? My HS PC needs to know is the PBX is in day or night mode and act accordingly.
Thanks

Don't know if this was given up on but I have the same problem the subscriptions connection from the SIP connector just stop happening so what I did is create an event to restart the sip connector every 65 min and that has it working. Wish it worked correctly but at least this is a work around.
script is attached just remove the txt at the end it is a vb script.HS2 Environment
