Here is what i try to do:
    :
    - Taking out Aeon Labs Z-Stick from the USB port(pc with hs3)
    - switch the dipswitch to on (nr1) on srt321, this enter the setup for srt321.
    - press the button to Aeon stick so that it lights up.
    - Twisting the wheel until I come to I, which is "include node onto the network".
    - When the position is I, then i press the wheel.
    - Now it should blink in aeon stick, but it does not.
    - When I connect aeon stick back to your PC and takes an "import nodeinfo from controller and scan device" Then i dont get any new nodes

I believe that this device needs to be added by using the Add/Include Node function on the Z-Wave tab.

Ups, the problem was that i should be L and not I.

I did get 4 columns up in hs3 now

      -root
      -battery pack
      -setpoint
      -temperature.

But, i need some more help.

What should I set the polling interval to?
Have association it Group 3, is that right?
what should the wake up interval time be?

and now I intend to control a z-wave plugin module (should control a electric heater) with this thermostat, and then the question is ... how do I do it?

I am not really familiar with the SR321 but according to the documentation, it is a boiler control thermostat and has a setpoint, Temperature, and a Mode. Normally the Association would be Group 1 with HomeSeer as the Association. Since this is a European device, maybe someone else can give you additional information.
