UK Light Switch/Converter for LED's

I'm after some recommendations on light switches or switch converters for use in UK(without Neutral wire) with dimmable GU10 LED's.

I'm currently using Homeeasy products with RFXCOM but Homeeasy have advised that I need their HE203 version 2 which has a Neutral wire, as the version 1 switches without Neutral wire that I currently have are not compatible with LED's and will damage them. In UK we don't generally have a Neutral wire at the switch and so these would be of no use.

What can you recommend that works with RFXCOM and is not to pricey? I'd love to be able to get feedback as to when the switch is manually turned on or off but this depends on price!

No unfortunately not, in the living room for example there are 9 LED downlights which are connected to a junction box somewhere in the void above the ceiling which is not accessible without taking the ceiling down.
