Justin's Meteor Plug-in & HS2

Does anyone know how to install Justin's Meteor into a directory other than C:\programme files\HomeSeer?

That directory is where HS1 lives, HS2 is on E:\programme files\HomeSeer 2 and that where I am trying to get it to install.

Any ideas?
