Default No Z-wave network communication with RCS TZ40 Thermostat

I bought 4 RCS TZ40 thermostats.

On each one the Z-wave bridge lights up showing power. However the Network light never turns on to show communication on my Z-wave network, even though other Z-wave devices nearby work fine. Also my Z-troller does not recognize the device, i.e. when I try to scan or add devices my Z-troller does not respond when I press the Program button on the Z-wave bridge.

This same thing happens with all 4 Z-wave bridges so the problem should not be defective hardware. The Z-troller works with other Z-wave devices.

Ideas?

Problem solved... delete and then re-add the device using the Z-troller.

Default TZ40 question

How's that tz40 workignout for you? I've been eyeing controllable t-stats for a while, and would prefer to use zwave rather than serial, but am concerned about reliability. Any experiences would be appreciated!

Thanks.

So far all four of my TZ40s are working great - outstanding in fact. I have 2 operating my pool heating system and 2 operating my house heating system and after the initial setup they have been 100% reliable. I have them set to automatically turn on/off the various heat sources based on either time or outside temperature and at times during the day I also access Homeseer remotely to check temperatures or adjust heat setpoints and it works great. I did have to place a few light fixture z-wave devices to solve some deadspots in my house but that solved things fine even though the various thermostats are scattered among 3 different levels of my house.

The only concern I have now relates not to the thermostats but rather to the HomeSeer Z-wave thermostat plug-in. The plug-in does not let me set or test temperatures below 40 or above 90; this can be a limitation in setting up the logic for pool monitoring although I can work around that in other ways.
